NEWS: We're closing!
If you haven't heard already, LMCA is closing its doors for good at the end of December. Dan's last day will be December 12, and Phil's last day will be December 18. See below for options for your continued care.
PHIL: After December, Phil will continue to see patients some days in Oakland, and some days in Sacramento. However, after December this needs to be arranged through Phil Settels Acupuncture (philsettels.com, 916-287-0980) and not through LMCA. His rates differ from the old LMCA rates, and he will no longer accept insurance. However, if you have insurance coverage, he can provide you with a receipt that you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you need to contact Phil for any reason, his number is (916)287-0980, or use the contact form at philsettels.com.
DAN: After December, Dan will no longer have a private practice (until he moves to Massachusetts). However, if you would like to see him for an herbal consultation, you can still do so through early February, in a training setting with doctoral students on Tuesdays only - see danengacupuncture.com for details. If you need to contact Dan for any reason, his number is (413)345-2658, or use the contact form at danengacupuncture.com.
